Professional Electrical Installation Condition Reports & Remedial Works

I wanted an EICR test to be done on my flat so I could remedy any important issues prior to putting the flat on the market. Kevin conducted the test efficiently and with a minimum of disruption. He was very good at explaining what he was testing, and also explaining which items were most in need of attention, which will allow me to decide which items to tackle before the sale of the flat. The EICR report was received later the same day. Very happy with his work and professional manner.

Kevin is an actual electrician! He is qualified, knowledgeable and skilled. He worked quickly and diligently for 3 days to complete the job (EICR, replacing outdoor cabling, installing lights and sockets, installing outdoor sockets, replacing the fuse board and bringing all the circuits up to date by ensuring we have RCD on everything). The work is of a very high standard and I am delighted by the end result. Kevin was very polite, friendly and helpful whilst he was here. Kevin has also done work for every house in my street and we all highly recommend him!
